Vietnamese pork and green bean stir-fry (Thịt heo xào đậu ve)

♥ Ingredients:
(Serves 2-3)

• 10 oz pork tenderloin
• 10 oz green beans
• ½ tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 1 tbsp cooking wine
• ¼ tsp ground white pepper
• 2 tsp honey
• 2 shallots
• 1 small knob of fresh ginger
• salt to taste
• ½ tbsp oil
• Steamed white rice for serving

• 10 oz đậu ve
• ½ tbsp muỗng canh bột bắp
• 1 tbsp muỗng canh nước mắm
• 1 tbsp muỗng canh rượu nấu ăn
• ¼ tsp muỗng cà phê tiêu xay
• 2 tsp muỗng cà phê mật ong
• 2 củ hành ta
• 1 nhánh nhỏ gừng
• muối
• ½ tbsp muỗng canh dầu
• Cơm trắng ăn cùng
